Managed and facilitated the IHE Document Sharing
Managed and facilitated the IHE Document Sharing Metadata Redocumentation project to rewrite a key standard document for healthcare IT integration
Planned, facilitated, recruited speakers
Planned, facilitated, recruited speakers and conducted follow-up survey and webinars for a Healthcare IT workshop as part of a state-wide conference in Michigan for healthcare providers and suppliers
Led core team of Privacy Principal Engineers
Led core team of Privacy Principal Engineers in the development of Privacy and Security procedures and supporting tools to integrate Privacy and Security By Design into all design engineering activities. Project included providing hands-on mentoring to develop privacy and security subject matter expertise across the design engineering team
Researched and mapped adoption of IHE profiles
Researched and mapped adoption of IHE profiles across Canada, identified opportunities to leverage IHE profiles to solve priority Canadian use cases and liaised with Canadian standards constituency to identify opportunities for collaboration with IHE International
Developed a Common Privacy Framework
Developed a Common Privacy Framework (CPF) for the implementation of Privacy and Consent across Ontario, and obtained province-wide approval of challenging privacy implementation requirements
Conducted quantitative and qualitative research
Conducted quantitative and qualitative research on current privacy practices of provincial health service providers to support the development of an achievable and relevant Common Privacy Framework
